Screen Printing is the universal single
and multi-coloured decoration
process used on vinyl, book cloth, paper and speciality substrate
materials. Screen printing is versatile, colourful, accurate and
durable.
Foil Stamping delivers a premium metallic, opalescent or other distinctive visual effect for special images. Foils are available in a variety of colours and finishes.
Printed graphics or photo prints are precisely positioned and enclosed in clear vinyl, which is sealed into the surface of a vinyl binder.
Picture Perfect is a custom
shaped embedment, where the window requires a special cutting
die. Picture Perfect is available in vinyl only.
Embossing is a die stamping process
that impresses the substrate material from the back, raising
the image above the binder's surface.
Debossing is done from the front
of the material, and creates a depression in the shape of the image.
Die-Cutting may be used to create
uniquely customized accessories for binders, boxes and other
items.
Custom colours, gloss and dull effects,
and ultraviolet (UV) coatings may be specified for screen
printing and offset printing to yield striking results on
vinyl, book cloth, paper or other substrate materials.
