ELECTRONIC PRE-PRESS SERVICES

Rolex Plastics employs both traditional & electronic stripping in the assembling of customer files, film and artwork, the latest high speed computers and software, hi-resoultion drum and flatbed digital scanning. We offer a wide range of prepress services for print, from file layout, preflight trapping and imposition, to colour correction and photo imaging.

	ELECTRONIC STRIPPING Using the latest software programs, we can assemble your electronic files into the proper layout and formats required for offset printing or digital printing.
	HIGH RESOLUTION DRUM SCANNING Large photographic transparencies and slides can be converted into a high resolution digital format for later use in the assembly of customer files.
	HI-RES FLATBED SCANNING For images which cannot be scanned on our hi-res drum scanner such as original artwork or paintings.
	FILM OUTPUT For high quality reproduction of customer's projects, film or lino-paper is output from one of our two imagesetters.

INTERNET FILE TRANSFER

Send your files for printing right from your computer! Please compress files before sending if over 4mb. We can handle most compression types - Zip is the standard for Windows/DOS systems
and Stuffit is the standard
for Macintosh.

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a convenient way to upload larger files and can be done without special FTP software if you are using Internet Explorer 6.
